He is currently seen in the pubic eye as a man with many talents and a good people person. On his off time he goes hunting or shows new people around the city and all is to offer. Properly documented What is your experience with leading a organization? I have always been the type to lead others to organizing proper events such as Marathons, Halloween dance club. I make sure each person who has the role they need to achieve a better buisness and if there is a problem I personally see that the problem is taken care of in a civil manner such as if someone doesnt wanna greet people but they wanna be behind a bar to talk to folks. From Jacob's time away from LC he went to college before the big bang happened not knowing what exactly happened. He used the knowlege he learned to know around the ropes of a buisness. ( Example: 24/7 man does 5 runs he is owed 250 a run. It is the drivers reponsibilty to clock in those runs for documentation. Since its his first he gets a 500 bonus, in total he is owed 1750. What kind of roleplay would you carry out within the business you are applying for? When running a buisness you must have a proper worth ethic, if they are punched out they can do whatever they like in a legal stand point. But when punched in they are expect to be at there post or for example; Tow trucks if they have it. What are the primary objectives and goals for the business? I want bennys to have a contest with another motor buisness, I dont like it the fact they dont have a challenge. Do you have any prior experience in regards of running a business? If so, explain. I used to help run club galaxy as my character Keanu Im familiar with the old LC however I am not sure if that has changed. What makes you the most ideal candidate for us to give you this opportunity? I give a positive attitude and Im a people person. The best way to get buisness is to talk to people and give them a deal once in a while having them to come back. If you are accepted, what would be your first steps to get the business up and running? I would make a poster and put it into the yellow book. I would also start by just hiring 5 people and get some of these people off the streets and proper jobs. Lets them Interact with people, whats the point of a buisness if people dont talk to each other.   You go on a hiring spree and have around 10 people working for you, you decide you have had enough for the day and go back to your house and have a nice sleep, the next day you come in and you see that you have actually lost around ,000 out of the society fund, How do you go about investigating where the money has gone? I would check to see who has been on the clock and not working. I would also check the discord punches which I would have a bot for. The employees are required to check in and out. I would also make sure the employees have not been giving off the books discount without my permission. If a employee isnt willing to listen then they would be let go. You get reports that a member of your staff team has been caught doing illegal activities whilst on duty and is risking the integrity of your business and its image that you have worked tirelessly for. What do you say to the employee? here is lucid motors we try our best to have no issues with law enforcement; I would treat the employee like a friend and see whats going on. However if they cannot comply or they wish not to get into it. I would have no choice but to let them go if they continue to act out and cause problems in the city. It is expected that you as a business owner will put on occasional Events within the city to A, promote your business, and B, to create engagement within our community, What is the first event that you would think about doing and why do you think that your idea is unique? I would set up a race event in the city, having the proper papers and location ready for a big race, Obviously it would also depend on the car. I have ideas for other events as well but in my eyes a CAR show is way overdone unless we go by themes or a buisness vs buisness on how well we can take care of our customers or maybe a race between which mechanic is better in each buisness. You get approached by another business about a potential business arrangement where both your businesses could work together and help each other grow, You don't know the individual but like the idea, What are you next steps that you would carry out? I honestly would get to know them first and see if they mean buisness. If not then they are just a waste of my time and move on with my day.

Luchettis Pizzeria What is your background in the current city? Growing up as a child in the slums, never really needing much but the love of his parents. Any other child would be happy with a mother and father who adored his child. It was rare to have both parents, even more so to not be abused and beaten. S understood his circumstances at a young age, yet he never lost his humbleness and grace for where he was born. His father, an experienced soldier who taught new incomers on the basics of special weapons and tactics, was a well respected General. He had a great reputation inside the ranks, and was highly respected by his students, giving him the nickname “Silent Sand” for his actions spoke more than his words. Thrown into a new war, he was commanded to lead a small group to find information on obtaining nuclear weaponry to turn the tide. As the man of honor that he was, he carried this mission only to be led onto a trap, where fire sparked from nothingness. Most of his men burned to a crisp, and only a few were able to withdraw. Sand’s left arm completely reeked of burnt flesh. Melting flesh dripping down onto the floor, he would never be able to feel it again. Unable to fight any longer in the war, they sent him back home. S’s mother was a wise and knowledgeable woman. Her silky light gray hair was a uniqueness no one had ever really seen, almost otherworldly. She had been a medic at the same outpost Sand was in. How could they possibly move on? His mother was the light inside their homes, the warmth inside their souls. His father began to turn into a shell, lost without his love. S tried all he could to stay strong and try to care for his father through this difficult time. He worked 2 jobs, finished school, took care of the household, and watched as his once powerful father slipped away. Shortly after graduating, his father passed as well. If so, explain. Currently a member of "The Fallen", scouting new information for the family by making new contacts and relationships. While also helping them grow our resources, be it going prospecting or other activities that are legal. S Sykes stays in the family as they are his true friends whom he can trust and are always by his side no matter what decision he makes. A society fund is the fund which is used strictly for business related purchases/gains. Profits enter the fund when items are sold by the business. Business related expenditures such as wages, resources, and company sponsored events would exit the fund. What is your experience with leading a organization? My experience with leading an organization, or as close to leading one as I've gotten, has been being a manager of Luchetti's in ungated. In my time of being apart of Luchetti's in ungated, I began as sales for the business. Overtime I grew my rank through giving both my time and my upmost dedication to the business. I've trained new employees, tracked inventory and payouts for employees, helped market the company, set up company events, and kept the store moving by helping each and every employee and guest who walked through the door. S Sykes has patience, dedication, leadership skills, communication, adaptability, time management skills, discipline, confidence, work ethic, creativity, and the most important one, passion. What kind of roleplay would you carry out within the business you are applying for? Coming from where I have came from, I believe not to be above or below anyone in this city. I want to be a personable owner of a business where everyone knows who I am and knows they can come up to me with any questions or concerns. I want to be another part of the community and be easy-going with the people of Lucid. Where I'm disciplined when it comes to the business, I want to be friendly and open with not just the employees but also the guests. The roleplay I wish to carry out is being myself, being a part of this community as a whole. I want to sponsor events for the city, have employees greet the guests at the door, have the employees dress the part of being a Luchetti's employee, bring an air of pizza ambiance to Luchetti's. I want the roleplay of this business to be open and fluid, willing to change and adapt to everyone's story. What are the primary objectives and goals for the business? My primary goal is to currently help improve the society fund deficit that it is currently facing. My next goal is to hire more active, trustworthy people of the community to have the business open more frequently. Other goals include helping organize events and sponsoring city-wide events once the first goal is complete. Do you have any prior experience in regards of running a business? If so, explain. Yes, as stated previously, I was a manager for Luchetti's in public. I helped hire/train new staff, keep track of resources needed, keep track of inventory and employee wages/reimbursements, help market the business via advertisement slogans and events, set up company emails, and help keep the company moving by flying in whenever necessary due to lack of staff. What makes you the most ideal candidate for us to give you this opportunity? Having had prior experience and current experience running Luchetti's makes me a great candidate, as I know what is expected of me to not only run the business but also see it reach new levels of success. At the moment I have currently been one of the most active employees of current Luchettis, helping it get back on its feet after its huge deficit. The community as a whole has already brought up the fact that I keep the business running more often than not. I have a strong passion when it comes to this business as it is the one business I've given my all to the entire time as part of Lucid. Luchetti's is my pride and joy. Another idea would be to implement a rewards program for customers so that they feel Luchettis gives back to the community for being loyal to us. Starting with your first ten Lucid Eats, you receive a free cannoli, and every ten after will land you more rewards until reaching one-hundred total, which would be the maximum. The next program I have in mind is to set up a "Supply demand" portion within Luchetti's emails. In this there will be a list that is updated once per day, or when the demand is no longer available. A great way to gather information is to have a clock-in system within emails. This will help me to evaluate who was currently working & deduce who I may have to speak to personally. My team of superiors should also be communicating with each other using a manager's group chat, which can further help the case of serious loss/problems in the store. Using both of these methods I would check which employees were clocked in, what was being produced as well as what was being bought. Slowly figuring out if it was a loss over time or something drastic. You get reports that a member of your staff team has been caught doing illegal activities whilst on duty and is risking the integrity of your business and its image that you have worked tirelessly for. A rule set has to be put in place, if the employee has committed these crimes as the city very well says then it is termination. No matter the reasoning behind it I must have everyone as this establishment present themselves as if they are representing each other. If one person chooses to selfishly do things that can bring harm or negative feedback to my company then I cannot have said individual in my establishment. First, my conversation would make sure this employee understands the policies everyone here works under. Two, help they realize their actions and the consequences leading up to them. Lastly, thanking them for their hard work, while also giving them an outlet if they ever need to speak to someone about anything they are going through, they are more than welcome to talk to me about it as Luchettis is a family at the end of the day. Personally I do not want to see anyone going down a path that they may have not wanted to choose for a single mistake. It is expected that you as a business owner will put on occasional Events within the city to A, promote your business, and B, to create engagement within our community, What is the first event that you would think about doing and why do you think that your idea is unique? An event that would be great, especially with the holiday seasons in store would be a timed scavenger hunt. Where participants for the event go searching for specific individuals dressed as specific characters. For example, having to go look for Santa, Ms.Claus, Reindeer, and various more holiday characters around the city. Gaining a token for each character found, once you find all of them you then take the tokens back to Luchettis to claim your prize and be the winner, before the time runs out. You get approached by another business about a potential business arrangement where both your businesses could work together and help each other grow, You don't know the individual but like the idea, What are you next steps that you would carry out? Sharing the same goal of wanting to help both our businesses be successful, I would first want to establish a relationship with this person to not only help our process be as smooth as possible, but also establishing future potential events in the future. That aside, I would make emails for both our businesses to collaborate with each other, as well as having it be a place to gather feedback on what both our employees think of this idea. From there on out, my main priority is my establishment. If the arrangement is something that can last for the future then by all means I am for it, but if I deduce that it can impact us in any negative way, be it the perception in which that business portrays itself or anything out of the ordinary then I will call it off.
